70% Viognier,30%Roussanne/Marsanne grapes were chilled, pressed off into older oak on solids and allowed to co-ferment as they warmed up with wild yeast. The resulting wine shows uplifted lime and fresh peach aromas, which follow through on the palate, there is also a hint of apricot which will increase as the wine gains age. This wine has a wonderful long and fruit driven finish that can cellar for up to 10 years.
