Made from 60% Chardonnay 40% Pinot Noir estate grown grapes.This is quite a dry method champenoise style with time on lees and minimal dosage. There is a lovely yeast character on the nose, most likely from the chardonnay used in the blend with just a hint of lemon and citrus flavours. On the palate, the wine has lovely freshness of early picked fruit, crisp with food acidity and length its dry as a bone!
