The famous Spanish wine variety is like Pinot Noir on steroids. With beautiful fruit character and lots of spice, this ferment spends 7-14 days on skins then transferred to 2-4-year-old French oak barrels for 9-12 months. The finish is complex, savoury and long. Cellar for up to 10 years
